Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Petal & Pup purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download your return packing slip to include inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
